Asr Avaye Mandegar Company is the exclusive manufacturer of Planote products. All products of this company will be provided to our customers with an official warranty. Our services include:

• 18 months warranty for replacement of all electronic parts (without conditions). In other words, if any of the electronic parts of the device fail for any reason, the damaged part will be replaced. It should be noted that device failure due to physical damage (breaking and catching fire of the device) will not be covered by the warranty.
